    This shrink tubing will replace your worn out shrink tubing on the chains (Model # 2040 Chain) of your API climbing tree stands. It’s easy to install by cutting away the old tubing, sliding on the new tubing, and using a heat source to shrink it to fit. This will eliminate unwanted noise caused by metal rubbing together and also protect the chains from the elements.  Your chains will be good as new.  For best results, punch holes after applying to chains.  Punching the holes prior to applying will make it difficult to line up and will also weaken the shrink tubing.
